Nice terrace, isn’t it. It’s the terrace from hotel Alpina Dolomites on the Alpe di Siusi plateau. A stylish hotel with modern, spacious rooms, all with balconies facing the mountains (and cable car, so if you don’t like noise between 8 and 17 hours, stay away). The thing with the nice terrace is that normally in winter, it’s never open. The snow covers the benches and the fire pit. Even when it’s blue sky and full sunshine, guests have to stay indoors or on their own terrace…. For our photoshoot, they had to make the terrace snow free. Finally people could sit outside for once and enjoy some sun and a bon fire in the evening. So here you go, the Alpine Dolomites, a good example of a nice design hotel with bad service.
