We can’t leave the Alps without tasting again some raclette. We already had our fair share of melted cheese in the beginning of the year when we were staying at hotel Plein Ciel.
There’s not better than a hot steaming pot of smelly, bubbly Swiss cheese while it’s cold outside and there is snow in the air. On the terrace of hotel Bellevue des Alps, with a glass of local wine. Perfect!
