Talk about a scenic drive. We expected a “normal” 1,5 hour trip between Little Kulala and our next camp Wolwedans. But instead, owner Stephan Bruckner decided to take the scenic route. As if the Namib region of Namibia is not scenic enough. The result is a stunning drive through the NamibRand, an amazing, private reserve of almost 202.000 hectares bordering the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Driving here is all about the scenery, every detail in the vast and empty landscape tells a story, the air is hot and dry and around every corner or bend there is another great view. After the drive we are exhausted. How much incredible landscape can you take in during one drive?
