Today we had a food photo shoot for Monocle Magazine on board Le Boreal. Typical French food like soup a l’onion and quiche Lorraine. To be honest, I much more prefer these simple, home cooked dishes than the chi-chi fancy dishes they try to create sometimes. Chef Antoine also made a flammekuche, a traditional recipe from the Alsace area. I would suggest, next time instead of those awful pizzas, serve a wonderful flammekuche! For this dish. La France: 10 points.
