We’ve probably never slept on such a frozen mountain like here in Isosyote. This is the South of Finnish Lapland where temperatures still jump well below -20 degrees Celsius and where every elevation is exposed to freezing, Arctic winds. Same here on Isosyote Mountain where nothing stays untouched by the extreme cold. People come here to ski or to do outdoor activities and enjoy the extreme nature. We loved the location and the looks of the wooden huts but were not too convinced about the worn down décor inside and the very plain and uncharming bar and restaurant.
