It’s probably not easy to be a chef on a cruise ship, especially during a crossing where you make no stops to stock up on fresh ingredients. On the SeaDream II we enjoy the most our long lunches from exec chef Thomasz where you can choose from a salad buffet and add on a couple of other dishes a la carte. The owner of Seadream Yacht Club, a Norwegian business man, is very much into the whole raw food wave, so you will find every meal time a couple of raw food dishes on the menu. To keep things healthy and balanced (or in other words, compensate the overdose of fine wines and yes, more champagne).
