Who’s the winner in terms of “grandeur-ness”? This huge multi-year ice berg or these paw prints of a polar bear wandering around it? We are here to see narwhals and polar bears but it’s the complete picture that blows you away, constantly. Plus this is a scenery that changes every moment, every day. A fine line, becomes a crack and turns into a aquatic highway for animals looking for food. The Arctics have six seasons and everything changes much faster than in the south. You quickly have to take a picture or grasp the moment because tomorrow it might not be there anymore.
