We already had our taste of snow crab in Cape Breton in Canada but here in Alaska, they also know how to deal with this local delicatesse. Especially at Phyllis’s in Anchorage where in the afternoon, between 3 and 5 you can eat as much snow crab as you can for 50 US$. Sitting on the terrace, while having a local beer, I can’t imagine a better dish to savor Alaska. Funny enough, these two very happy customers were no tourists, just locals enjoying piles of snow crab.
