After a restaurant and bar crawl in Anchorage, we ended at the Snow Goose bar and restaurant and the Sleeping Lady brewery. It is remarkable how many micro-breweries you find nowadays in the US. It’s a good reason why you shouldn’t drink Budweiser or Coors or even Stella Artois for that matter. We had a flight of beers at the Sleeping Lady, regretting the fact that we didn’t have more time to try more. We sipped from a fresh and citrusy Golden Ale to a very chocolaty and dark Scottish Ale. So one advice, go local and go micro…You won’t regret.
